(Ruby Shryock)
1 graham cracker crust
2+ cups berries or fresh fruit
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon flavored Jello
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
Pour berries or fruit into pie crust.
Mix together Jello, sugar, and cornstarch; add water and bring to boil.
Cook until thickened, about 5 mins., and cool slightly.
Pour over berries in pie and refrigerate until set.
