1 stick butter
1 15-oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 egg
1 8-oz sour cream
1 Jiffy Cornbread Mix
Melt butter or margarine.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
(May put a little more sour cream in.)
