1 bunch of broccoli cut into bite size pieces
½ red onion thinly sliced then chopped
⅓ cup chopped pecans
½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
⅓ cup light mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs vinegar (any type)
In serving bowl, combine broccoli, onion, pecans and cranberries.
In a small bowl, mix all other ingredients. Pour mixture over broccoli mix and toss gently.
Serves eight, 136 calories/serving.
